Convenience:It is much easier for crypto holders to transfer their funds directly. The alternative would involve sending their funds to an exchange, selling, and moving them into a bank account as a taxable asset, to only then start the buying process.
Simplicity: Digital wallets and account addresses ensure safe transactions with public and private keys. Private keys can be used to sign and verify transactions on the blockchain. This means transactions only ever involve the buyer and the seller, or agency.
Diversification: Crypto holders can use blockchain technology and tokenization to access fractionalized real estate investments and diversify their assets.
No banking intermediaries: Traditional currencies and banking can stand in the way of buying a property. Cryptocurrencies eliminate third-party complications and facilitate payments directly to the seller.
Speed: Cryptocurrencies enable quicker transactions than traditional payment processors, meaning sellers save time and secure their funds sooner.
Increased customer base: Crypto is the fastest-growing consumer segment in the world. Approximately 560 million consumers own at least one cryptocurrency worldwide; according to one study, 34% would spend their funds on a new home. Sellers can increase their customer base by tapping into this affluent market.

Governance
RelBank Governance is a community-driven process that manages the Lending Protocol, allowing participants to propose, vote on, and enact changes. These proposals can adjust system settings, introduce new markets, add collateral types, or allocate resources for particular initiatives.
Delegate
RLDF is a BRC-20 token that allows its owners to delegate voting rights to any address, including their own. The delegate’s voting rights are automatically adjusted when the owner’s token balance changes.
Governance Forum
The RLDF Governance Forum is where all official discussion regarding RelBank Improvement Proposals (vRLDF) happens. Read, create, and comment on proposals to improve the protocol.
Vote on Proposals
All RLDF Improvement Proposals are voted on using Tally. Tally is one of the most trusted names in DAO management and allows for easy on-chain voting. All proposals must meet quorum and have majority support in order to pass.
Compound Governance
Compound is managed by a decentralized community of vRLDF token-holders and their delegates, who propose and vote on upgrades to the protocol.
